1. The service and these terms

PartShaper provides a workspace for physical-design projects, parts, assemblies, version history, supported analyses, tests, and exports. These terms describe use of the website, browser workspace, and MCP endpoint. If you use the service on behalf of a group or organization, you must have authority to do so. Do not use the service if you cannot lawfully agree to these terms.

2. Accounts, groups, and access

Client Explorer provides sign-in and group context under its own terms. You are responsible for keeping your account and MCP credentials secure, choosing appropriate permissions, and authorizing any connected agents. Group members with access can see shared project information. Group administrators and changes to provider entitlements can affect your access.

Do not share private tokens in prompts, public repositories, or design records. Revoke credentials you no longer need. Signing out does not revoke all agent tokens or erase group projects.

3. Your designs remain yours

As between you and PartShaper, you retain the rights you hold in the content you submit. You give the operator permission to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content to provide and protect the service, including sharing it with authorized group members and connected clients. You must have the rights and permissions needed for submitted designs, supplier content, and other materials.

Third-party components, models, and agent outputs may have their own licenses. PartShaper does not guarantee that a design is original, patentable, or free of third-party rights.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not access another group’s data without permission, bypass authentication or limits, submit malicious content, abuse infrastructure, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the service to facilitate illegal activity. You are responsible for applicable rules governing the objects you design, build, or operate.

5. Agents and external services

Your connected agent interprets your instructions and makes structured tool calls. PartShaper does not independently understand arbitrary prose or guarantee an agent’s choices. Review the changes your agent makes. AI providers, Client Explorer, suppliers, and other linked services operate under their own policies; their fees are separate unless expressly stated.

6. Physical design and verification

Geometry, exports, simulations, generated controller code, and test reports are design aids. A passing test applies only to the recorded model, inputs, revisions, and supported engine behavior. It is not certification of manufacturability, electrical safety, mechanical strength, regulatory compliance, or flight readiness.

You are responsible for appropriate engineering review, material selection, fabrication checks, calibration, and physical testing before building or operating a design. Missing or assumed inputs must not be treated as measured evidence. Marketing concept images do not depict verified products.

7. Pricing and payment

The current preview is free. Proposed prices on the pricing page are indicative and do not create a paid subscription. Future paid offerings will identify charges, taxes, billing periods, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before purchase. Use of the free preview is not consent to a paid upgrade. External AI, hardware, and manufacturing costs remain your responsibility.

8. Availability and changes

The service is evolving and may experience interruptions, limitations, or changes. No uptime commitment or guaranteed support response time is offered for the free preview. Keep exports of important work. The operator may restrict access to address abuse, legal requirements, or security incidents, and will provide notice where practicable and appropriate.

9. History, leaving, and deletion

Design changes append immutable history. Deleting a design in the workspace hides it and allows restoration; it does not permanently erase historical content, authorship, or saved reports. You may stop using the service and revoke MCP tokens at any time. Data requests are described in the privacy policy. Do not place unnecessary personal information in immutable design notes.

10. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview is provided as available without a warranty that outputs are accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular physical application. The operator is not responsible for third-party services or unverified design decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

11. Updates and questions

Changes will be posted with an updated date. Material changes affecting an existing paid arrangement, if offered in the future, will be communicated as required by law and that arrangement. For questions about these terms, use the contact details above or the contact page.
